Since CTIC Corporation Sdn Bhd started their early operations, the management always believes in technology – good and reliable system will always produce good results to our clients. The management then has their own team in doing on-going research and had come out with the solution – DEBTOR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM software. Currently, we have engaged OM Technologies as our software consultant that already produce Annecto DMS and proven to be one of the most reliable collection system in the country.

CALL CENTER

Building good customer relationships has been very challenging to us. A detailed assessment of call center effectiveness and efficiency was performed and CTIC recommended operation and IT improvements to reduce cost per call by 25%. A highly structured transition methodology that included thorough planning, program management, agent training and technology implementation was adopted. This initiative promised the client an additional 30% cost savings and an improvement in service levels by over 25% in the first 2 years.
